I started working in sourcing in Foshan in 2013. Over the years, I’ve worked with homeowners and residential projects from different countries, helping them turn floor plans, reference images and ideas into real orders in China. I’m not a furniture factory, and I don’t represent one particular supplier. I work on the buyer’s side — finding suitable suppliers, comparing options, coordinating custom-made products, following production and checking the goods before they leave China.
What I’ve learned over the years is that successful sourcing is not simply about finding a good price. It is about getting the details right before ordering, following what happens during production, and solving problems while the goods are still in China. That is the role I want to play for my clients — someone on the ground in China who helps make the whole process easier to manage.
